1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing fracxohire.com or app.fracxohire.com ("the Platform"), operated by Fracxohire Private Limited ("FraCXOhire", "we", "us"), registered at Innov8 Prestige Tech Platina, 11th Floor, No. 32/2, 34/1, Kadabisanahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560087, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What FraCXOhire is

FraCXOhire is a platform that connects companies seeking fractional C-suite executives (CFO, CMO, COO, CRO) with executives offering part-time, flexible leadership services. FraCXOhire facilitates introductions, contracting, timesheet tracking, and payments between companies and executives. FraCXOhire is not itself the employer of any executive nor a party to the underlying engagement unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.

3. Sample search feature

The interactive "try it out" search available on our "For Companies" page returns illustrative, generated sample profiles for demonstration purposes only. These sample profiles do not represent real individuals, and any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. Real, vetted executive profiles are only available to registered users of the Platform.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or company.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform, including this marketing site.
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid applicable fees on an engagement sourced through FraCXOhire.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Fees and payments

Fees applicable to engagements, timesheets, and payouts are described within the Platform at the time of contracting and are subject to change with notice.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FraCXOhire does not guarantee the accuracy of any profile, listing, or match, and does not guarantee any particular business outcome from an engagement facilitated through the Platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FraCXOhire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
